It seems you may have experienced a kernel oops. Unfortunately, the
content of the Oops are usually automatically attached to the bug
reports, but in your case here it doesn't seem this information was
attached :( Have you seen this reappear since? If not, it'll be
difficult to track down what actually went wrong. Let us know. Thanks.

Not sure of the bug, when I logged in I saw the icon flashing and it said a
major kernel issue occured. This was after an update of 9.10 beta on Oct 11,
8pm PST
