Thank you both for the report, I've added ext4 to the list entry and
mentioned it as the default filesystem. The change has been committed
to the development branch (Lucid) in revision 379. I don't think we
need to fix this in the Karmic docs since we are past String Freeze, but
if you feel otherwise, please say so. Cheers.
