after bug #450274 got fixed i get the same result with karmic, totem
shows a black screen when trying to play dvb-t. therefore i did some
research: it's not a hardware or driver issue as i tested totem on
serveal computers and my dvb-t device is working with me-tv and vlc.

at first i also thought this behaviour is because (like Fabian said)
gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mepgdemux and gstreamer-plugins-bad can't get
installed at the same time like http://projects.gnome.org/totem/#dvb
strongly recommends. but after bypassing apt&dpkg by manually coping
libgstflumpegdemux.so libgstflumpegmux.so from the packages to
/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10 nothing changed.

then i tried pure gstreamer via:

gst-launch-0.10 playbin "uri=dvb://CHANNEL_NAME"

and it works (even without the fluendo plugins), so the failure is
definitely in totem because a direct call like:

totem dvb://CHANNEL_NAME

does still not work. and as xine has been removed from totem with 2.28
it isn't able to play DVB-T at all (and probably other DVBs too). this a
big regression as in former ubuntu releases we got two ways of using
totem for DVB and now we got none.

** Summary changed:

- Can't watch DVB-T
+ totem unable to play DVB-T, no hardware or driver issue

** Changed in: totem (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Confirmed
