I don't have any sip4-qt3 package in Karmic repositories. Or is it the
same package as sip4?
$ apt-cache policy sip4-qt3
W: Unable to locate package sip4-qt3
$ apt-cache policy sip4

500 http://no.archive.ubuntu.com karmic/main Packages
Also, my bug (#453745) has been marked as duplicate of this bug, but I
don't have sip4 installed ... so is it not a duplicate?
