Both packages (eclipse-pydev and eclipse-cdt) needs an update. We will try to update eclipse-cdt, but we may have not enough time (help is highly welcome). We removed eclipse-pydev due to this reason (and hope that we can reintroduce it in Ubuntu 10.04).
With eclipse 3.5.1-0ubuntu5 you will be able to install these plugins as user (will be stored in ~/.eclipse). ** Package changed: eclipse (Ubuntu) => eclipse-cdt (Ubuntu) -- Eclipse plugins not enabled after ubuntu packages (eclipse-pydev, eclipse-cdt) installed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/451752 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
