Both packages (eclipse-pydev and eclipse-cdt) needs an update. We will
try to update eclipse-cdt, but we may have not enough time (help is
highly welcome). We removed eclipse-pydev due to this reason (and hope
that we can reintroduce it in Ubuntu 10.04).

With eclipse 3.5.1-0ubuntu5 you will be able to install these plugins as
user (will be stored in ~/.eclipse).

** Package changed: eclipse (Ubuntu) => eclipse-cdt (Ubuntu)
