I agree that this is not a duplicate of Bug #441339.
According to the discussion of Bug #197267, there are two acceptable
settings for PBLK Length, 0 and 6.
If this is correct, then "Invalid PBLK Length [5]" and "Invalid PBLK
Length [0]" are two distinctly different problems, as [5] really is
invalid, while [0] is not.
The duplicate status of this bug should be removed. Additionally, Bug
#441339 should be marked as "Won't fix" in accordance with the findings
of Bug #197267.
