Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

When running a partial upgrade today, I have noticed that the partial
upgrade dialog shows untranslated, albeit being completely translated
for my own language (Italian). The dialog shows up with Unicode
characters that are not rendered. I'm attaching a screen-shot.
