Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

Karmic's 9.10.11 ubuntu-docs seem to have failed to actually get the
translations into use. As far as I can see the PO commits look ok in
bzr, but new strings in karmic seem untranslated in the resulting
package.

Examples: both about-ubuntu and internet are 100% translated for German
(de) and Finnish (fi), but:

yelp /usr/share/gnome/help/internet/de/connecting.xml
yelp /usr/share/gnome/help/about-ubuntu/de/about-ubuntu.xml

both show a visible English string. The situation seems to be the same
in other files.

** Affects: ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
