Public bug reported:
I am using Xubuntu Karmic (9.10) Testing. Mainboard is CUV4X-E.
linux: 2.6.31-14-generic
When I try to suspend from the Xfce logout dialog, suspend seems to do
nothing, no matter if xfce4-power-manager is running or not. If I have
xfce4-power-manager running and run script gnome-power-cmd (copied from
Jaunty, included in its gnome-power-manager package), I get this output:
"Suspending
Error org.freedesktop.PowerManagement.NoHardwareSupport: Suspend not supported
Failed"
I could not use the xfce4-power-manager's tray icon to launch suspend,
since I could not get it visible. There is a separate bug report about
that.
