We should splash some sort of feedback on the screen when Wine is
loading, especially if the app hasn't even started to load yet (eg the
first run of wineserver can take a good 5 seconds or so if it hasn't
been stored in memory).
I've got some different ideas about how to do this, but they'll need
testing. They range from an hourglass cursor to a loading progress
indicator.
