I don't know if this could be a cause of the problem, but I've just noticed, looking at the System Monitor, that a lot of the processes, including ubuntuone-syncdaemon are marked "poll_schedule_timeout". This is with Karmic on a Toshiba NB100 Netbook.
Further details after a few days' use. When I switch my netbook on, I get a message saying that Ubuntu One is synchronising files. The hard drive light flickers for a while, and then the Ubuntu One icon changes from a rotating thing to a cloud with an exclamation mark in the middle. If I put my pointer over it, a box says "Updating files..." but left- clicking shows the menu items "Your files are up to date" and "Connect". My files haven't been significantly updated (if at all) since the first time I tried Using Ubuntu One. There's 1.6 Gb of files in the Ubuntu One folder on my PC, but only 33.6 Mb has found it's way onto the net, and that hasn't changed at all in the last couple of days, despite Ubuntu One running constantly on my computer. -- Program claiming it's finished before all files uploaded and some folders showing "u1conflict" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/453258 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
