I made these packages, the reason why they are only explicitely compiled
in i386 and amd64 is that the lpr drivers contains pre-compiled binaries
for i386. This is also the reason why these packages are in multiverse,
since their license and package content is not completely opensource.
I'm not sure if the binaries included in the lpr packages would work for
lpia but if they do and that ubuntu developers also believe that this is
a good idea, lpia should be added to the supported architecture of the
packages.
