The ONLY thing that this seems to be specific to is flashplugin-nonfree. Sometimes this glitch can be bypassed by holding shift when clicking or by right clicking and holing the right mouse button while left clicking. The biggest issue here is that this isn't open source and we can't just pop open the code to see what's going on. I tried running this through a debug process and didn't come up with anything useful. We all know this is a big issue, that's why this is flagged as a critical bug. It's not a "show stopper" but it is being looked at. We should try to keep this lacking the "me too" messages however.
