Binary package hint: usplash
This is with a daily from 10-20.
After completing an installation, you choose reboot and usplash comes up, then
fades out. There is then a message asking you to press a key to reboot.
Normally this should be asked during usplash, and usplash fade out "after"
pressing the key.
