Hi Chris,

I think after a few updates and deleting packages that were identified on
the error and then re-installing them solved the problem.

Another problem I am having right now is on dual booting ubuntu 9.04/9.10
(beta) with windows 7. I have 2 hardrives setup as: (not copy pasted)

/dev/sda (250gb)
  /dev/sda1 - ubuntu (ext4)
  /dev/sda2 - swap
  /dev/sda3 - ntfs

/dev/sdb (160gb)
  /dev/sdb1 - 100mb (system reserve) ntfs
  /dev/sdb2 - windows7 partition
  /dev/sdb3 - ntfs

ubuntu will boot fine, but windows won't. but if i disable my first
hardrive, windows will load. I don't know what to try next. I have also
tried mapping the drives on the menu.lst, still no luck.

Thanks a lot.

Best regards,
