First, I would like to thank Savvas Radevic for briefly posting his experimental package of gLabels 2.2.5. I have been using it on Jaunty since May without any issues. The released version that came with Jaunty did not run.
Jaunty still has one year left in its support life. If Mr. Chris Coulson is associated with Canonical, perhaps he can best explain why he made the decision to not replace a defective application distributed by Canonical with a working one. Yes, "become Independent"; this has been the Open Source & Linux way. I am not criticizing the statement but this was not the Ubuntu / Canonical promise for desktop Linux. -- Please upgrade glabels (universe) to 2.2.5 (stable) from upstream https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/317164 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
