Adding xorg-xserver as affected project. There is a known bug
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13833 that resolution isn't
correct when connecting to external monitor, not sure if your case is
similar. And please attach /var/log/Xorg.0.log to help debug. Thanks.
