What if someone added the following to /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.clamd:
owner @{HOME}/ r,
owner @{HOME}/** r,
Then ran:
$ sudo apparmor_parser -r /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.clamd
This should allow someone to scan anything under their home directory.
