The same appear to happend with my LG HL-DT-ST DVD-ROM GDR-H30N on my
MEDION MS-7358 Motherboard. The complete system freezes and nothing else
can be performed.
It happends:
- During the installation process, when setup analyses the drives.
- With the operating system installed, when trying to read a disc. By
the way, I could install Ubuntu only by using a diferent reader.
But it doesn't happend when:
- Reading from the live-cd.
