Well, sorry, just re-read my last comment, and it's not the best thing
to do indeed. If you remove notes from the server, they would be removed
from Tomboy also. So to start from scratch, remove all notes from the
server, and restart the authorization process from Tomboy
(Preferences->Syncing, then clear, and 'connect to server again'). If
you just remove the notes, as I said, they will be removed from Tomboy
also, so please don't do it.
As for why there were conflicts, did you do changes on the server and on
Tomboy for the same notes?
