Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: deluge

Ubuntu 9.04 (up-to-date at the time of reporting)
Deluge 1.1.6 (1.1.6+dfsg-2ubuntu1)

If I add a torrent, the files of which have already been downloaded
(fully or partially), the Ratio is being calculated based on the amount
downloaded afterwards, resulting in ridiculous ratios (in the case of
fully downloaded files it is not infinite, so there must be some bytes
downloaded, or some other factors).

In my opinion the reasonable base for calculating the ratio would be
"the size of files already downloaded" which would work for new and old
torrents alike.

I guess updating the variable holding the "bytes downloaded" after an
integrity check should solve the problem.

** Affects: deluge (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
