Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: pulseaudio
I first discovered the problem in Skype but I can reproduce it with by:
1. restarting pulseaudio
2. play a tune with Rhythmbox
3. try to record with Audio-Recorder
Audio-Recorder reports "Disconnected: Entität terminiert" (entity
terminated) and it is not possible to close Audio-Recorder in a user
friendly way.
