Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konsole

I use Konsole terminals under GNOME and Compiz. If I already have a
Konsole terminal open and then maximize it, then every subsequent
Konsole window created while the original window is maximized will
appear with the size of the entire screen and without any window frame
(window decoration / title bar etc.) and (apparently) no means to get
back the frame.

If one maximizes one Konsole and then terminates it, there (apparently)
no way to generate another Konsole with a title bar! The only solution
to this problem is to switch back to Metacity from Compiz.

Not sure if this is a really a Konsole bug or a Compiz bug?
