Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

If I boot my system while the Ethernet cable is plugged in,
NetworkManger first connects to the wired network, after few seconds it
tries to connect to a wireless AP (one that I once mistakenly selected
as I have no access to it) asks for a password and goes back to the
wired network when I dismiss the password dialog.

This happens only once at startup, such a strange behaviour does not
repeat itself until I reboot my system.
