Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: hotkey-setup
The hotkey-setup package is no longer installed by default in karmic,
its functionality having been moved to other packages, but it is still
available in universe - and if installed, its principle effect is to
install an init script that overrides the acpi video DOS setting from
the kernel default, resulting in inconsistent handling of display
brightness settings relative to what everyone's been testing new
installs with throughout karmic.
We should remove and blacklist this package.
