Binary package hint: ubiquity
The label on the "Forward" button changes to read "gtk-go-forward" after
hitting "Back" from Step 8 of 8 (Ready to install).
Steps to reproduce ..
Launch LiveCD Installer
Once you reach Step 8 of 8 (Ready to install), click the back button.
Step 7 of 8 (Who are you?) will be displayed.
The label for the "Forward" button will now read "gtk-go-forward".
