do you still see that issue ? according to the log it has nothing to do
with ltsp-server but you are apparently running a second instance of a
package manager while you try to remove ltsp-server, which makes dpkg
fail at the debconf stage

...
Removing ltsp-server ...
debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by another 
process: Resource temporarily unavailable
dpkg: error processing ltsp-server (--purge)
...

this has nothing to do with the package itself...
