Executing the following produces a corrupted file:
ffmpeg -i <input file> -y -acodec libmp3lame -ab 192kb -vcodec mpeg4 -b 600kb 
-mbd 2 -flags +4mv+aic -trellis 2 -cmp 2 -subcmp 2 -s 240x320 -aspect 4:3 -ac 2 
<output file>

The resulting file will be playable with vlc, but not with totem or
itunes.  In past versions the resulting file would work well in all
media applications.
