Michael, this report fit the description of what was happening at the time of suspend and resume. To me at suspend/resume it seemed like nothing happened, except the error message. The relationship I drew was " resume devices took 11.688 seconds" from my dmesg. Since I breached the 5 second barrier that may be why I am receiving the error.
The graphics card issue,which has been this way since 8.04 has not thrown a error before, but; thought I should mention it. Looking at my first post my focus on the graphics card and lack of description of my suspend/resume error was lacking.
