Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase

edgy introduced some changes in kde's handling of removable media. one aspect
was that media is mounted when "Do Nothing" is selected in the action selector
that appears on plugging in a device. this is a good thing because it
eliminates this "plugged in but not mounted" state, which was rather technical.
what is still a problem is that pressing Cancel instead of OK on the bottom of
the dialog still makes KDE do absolutely nothing. even pressing cancel should
mount the device to make it usable in an easy way and to not confuse users.

** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
