This problem is with a BCM4328 802.11a/b/g/n, I think it is fully supported by the restricted module driver. I noticed another problem today, ubuntu9.04 would not connect at one location, I did iwlist scan and found there were 6 wireless stations of the same essid, four 0/5, one 1/5, one 4/5 quality. Networkmanager couldn't connect, it's almost as if it tried to connect to the wrong wireless station, not the nearest one. I think this may be related to the problem where networkmanager (0.7.0.100) is seeing "0/5" as 100%?
