Hi,
It looks like you have some corrupted files here - that isn't likely to
be caused by the ubuntu-docs package but rather by a bad download or
similar. I'd recommend simply trying the upgrade again.
Incidentally the latest version of ubuntu-docs is 9.10.11 so it might be
worth updating your package list before retrying or checking that your
mirror is up to date.
