It looks like this bug has not received attention of any Ubuntu developer. See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SyncRequestProcess for the procedure of requesting a
sync.
I'm closing this bug because the package will be automatically imported from
Debian testing for Ubuntu 10.04.
