When connecting a Nikon D90 Usb PTP camera and starting dolphin
camera:/, I get such messages in dmesg:

Navigating down the directory structure of the camera I get sometimes
empty directories, at other times I get an error message 'Could not lock
device', copying files sometimes fails, sometimes takes an enormously
long time, sometimes I get an error dialog "Unknown error\nUnspecified
error" with three buttons 'Auto skip', 'Skip' and 'Cancel'. Sometimes it
succeeds very fast.
