Regarding the first part of your bug-report, this is clearly a duplicate
of LP: #438536.
The second part with the "mouse over" I don't really understand.
Please make that a separate bug-report and rephrase in the "1.) I did
this, 2.) system reacted like this" vs. "1.) if I do this, 2.) system
should react like this" fashion. Thanks in advance!
