Option Partial upgrade chosen from update manager
The update manager is not building list with dvd 9.10amd64 downloaded 10-26
happens in preparing to upgrade menu and gives an gui error
"Could not Calculate the upgrade"
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:

This can be caused by:
*Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
*Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
