The help page "Suspending and hibernating your computer" has a link to Quirk Checker script at <http://people.freedesktop.org/~hughsient/quirk /quirk-suspend-debug.html> in the section "My computer does not suspend or hibernate correctly." The news on freedesktop.org indicates that they had a power failure recently and lost data hosted on one of their servers, which apparently included Quirk Checker.
