Binary package hint: network-manager

steps to reproduce:
log in into an user
use switch user from FUSA or if it's called else thing in karmic use this one

=> there woun't be a nm-applet even after nm-aplet restart in karmic on
the 2nd user, if you decide to switch wireless or something else you
have to go back to the first user.
