Let's just change the bug description then, because the important
problem here is that karmic can't boot if it's using /home (for
example), shared over NFS. It's not bug 431248. (That one is fixed).

The reason here is that there is no network at boot, so NFS shares can't
be mounted and the whole boot process halts.
