Unfortunately, I do not know of a way to automatically detect whether a
system has a fingerprint reader or not. Even though it is not likely
that a server has a fingerprint reader, I suspect it might be possible
for a kvm to have a fingerprint reader for authentification. So, I would
not necessarily want to blacklist the fingerprint reader test based
solely on the fact it is a server installation. Might you happen to know
of another way to identify the existence of a fingerprint reader on the
system, preferably using udev information or the sysfs?
