Public bug reported:
After creating a second user (a limited account), I tried to switch
user to the newly created account. On login, the system response was
"cannot authenticate user". It seems that the password is not accepted.
To see if it was somewhere in a module that must be reloaded, I rebooted
and tried again to login as 2nd user. Did not work with the same
message. A blank password was also no solution. It seems that the there
is no connection between the username and where the password is stored.
After login as normal user, tried again with both a password and a blank
password, did not work either.
