I get the same behaviour of a crash when I try to view an email from the Inbox or one of its sub-folders. Note: some emails in the subfolders I can read so that suggests it may be content specific.
I also have issues with the MAPI to Exchange 2007 when initially retrieving message IDs from Inbox as documented in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution-mapi/+bug/459916 Not sure if it is related.
