Some more info on this issue: The feeds get loaded when they are created but never gets updated after that (even when manually clicking on Send/Receive). You can check with any of the above feeds or with this one http://www.lemonde.fr/rss/sequence/0,2-3210,1-0,0.xml that gets updated frequently.
