Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: pulseaudio
Ubuntu Version
Both 9.04 and 9.10
When pulseaudio/alsa are installed in use, input from the keyboard and mouse
slow/jittery/buggy.
Issue disappears when pulseaudio and alsa are removed and replaced with OSS4.
I have tried it with two alternate mouses. One being a logitech MX400 and
generic Microsoft mouse.
Mouse input issue was resolved with the alternate mice.
Unplugging and replugging the mouse
