By the way zip command works uncorrect if I want to create zip file on Ubuntu and extract it on MS Mindows (may be windows unzip works uncorrect?) But Ubuntu's unzip works correct allways - its really understand char set of packed files and for user it is no difference what operating system created it. Fileroller does not understand in-windows-created archives.
As work around for creating cross-platform achive I use MS Windows program 7-zip manager, running it through Wine.
