Public bug reported:
The default IP address of eth1 in the alternate LTSP server installation
is 192.168.0.254.
In /etc/ltsp/dhcpd.conf, the default route given to dhcp clients is
192.168.0.1, which causes a lot of confusion when trying to run/install
ltsp-localapps because the default installation points clients to a non-
existent IP address for routing.
