This does not fit SRU criteria, it's an improvement and string change.
Intrepid is neither LTS nor a current stable release, so I have a pretty
firm opinion of leaving it alone there.
Hardy is an LTS, so we can/should be more liberal with fixing
noncritical things, too. My primary concern here is that it might break
the email filter rules from people, which rely on the subject. I'm not
sure that it's a good idea to fix that within a stable release.
