Hello, I got a Samsung Q320 aswell and I have the same problem. The only fn-key which works is the mute/unmute sound. I can't enable/disable the wifi, BT, can't change brightness, can't switch on external screen. etc...
The most horrible thing is that ubuntu doesn't support the energy saving mode of this laptop. On Vista the battery live is about 5 hours and more. On Ubuntu exactly the half, about 2,5 h. That's very annoying. Thanks for any help. Will post anything you need.
