Exported (PDF) documents should show graphics at comparative quality to the 
source material (especially when tested with lossless settings for graphics).

4) What happened instead
Exported PDF documents show significant graphical quality degradation from the 
original source, images appear pixilated. 
This is a regression from previous versions of Open Office.
