Binary package hint: yelp
Have been having an issue with the thin clients trying to log into the
Ubuntu 9.10 LTSP server, fully updated 9:00EST 10/29/2009. When a thin
client tries to log in, the thin client screen will change to a black
screen with the mouse change to its loading state (circle with dots
rotating) and then it backs out to the login screen again. Then the
server screen gets jumbled up to where it is un-readable. We have tried
this on multiple servers. Installed from the Alt CD and choosing the
LTSP install mode, but we have also tried from the Server disk and
installing the LTSP-Standalone-Server package and have experienced the
same results
